Coaching Experience: Jamie spent x 6 years at Crystal Palace FC Academy coaching the U13-U16 age groups before moving to West Ham Utd in a similar capacity. With observational visits to Ajax FC in 2013 and FC Barcelona in 2012 it has given Jamie a great insight into how some of the most successful academy’s in Europe operate. 

Jamie also works as a consultant for The Premier League, attending U23, U18s & U9-U15s fixtures weekly at Premier League Clubs in the South of England to observe and report on the games, clubs and players.

Danny Searle is one of the most well respected youth coaches in the UK. With over 15 years experience working in the academy system Danny has worked with a number of youth internationals and professional players.

Danny holds the prestigious UEFA Pro-Licence and has a string of coaching qualifications including FA Youth Modules 1/2/3 & Advanced Youth Award.

Ollie is a former Crystal Palace FC youth player having spent 10 years at the club from the age of 8-18. Ollie now plays for Tooting & Mitcham FC and having chosen the coaching pathway he provides valuable experience, having been through the academy system for such a long period of time. Ollie has excellent technical detail and is extremely popular with the young players at Unique FA.

Qualifications: UEFA B Licence / FA Futsal Level 1

Coaching Experience: As an international sprinter for his country Aidan gains much respect as an athlete. Aidan is a graduate of the prestigious Loughborough University and has represented England & Team GB for the past 14 years, making him one of the most well known athletes in his event across Europe. Aidan has a string of coaching qualifications and works with our players on the fundamental movement exercises needed to play at the highest level.

Coaching Qualifications: UEFA A Licence/ FA Youth Modules 1 & 2/ Sports Coaching BSc Hons

Coaching Experience: Charlie was a schoolboy at Chelsea and West Ham and served a scholarship at Reading FC. Charlie went on to study at Loughborough University and after graduating is currently working towards a masters at the highly esteemed University. Charlie has previously worked as an academy coach at Tottenham Hotspurs and also fulfilled the role of U18s performance analyst. He currently coaches the young players at Fulham’s Academy overseeing both the U11 and U13 age groups in a unique role,  as well as his duties with Unique FA.

Toby initially joined us as an assistant technical coach but proved to be extremely popular with the players and after shadowing the Head coaches during his first year he now takes charge of some of the younger age groups at Bromley and delivers on our Futsal Programme.

Toby is currently studying for his UEFA B Licence and holds FA Youth Modules 1 & 2.

Toby is also a qualified Futsal coach, holding the FA Level 2 coaching qualification in Futsal.

Mike has spent his whole career at Crystal Palace FC. Having played under Jamie for many years and alongside Ollie at Crystal Palace, Mike was welcomed on board at Unique FA in 2018 whilst playing for Maidstone Utd in the National Conference League having left Crystal Palace FC after 2 years as a pro at the club.

Mike featured heavily under Frank De Boer during Pre-season in 2017/18 season but failed to break into the team under Roy Hodgson, although was named in the squad v Arsenal in the Premier League fixture the previous season.

Mike has already started his coaching pathway and has passed his FA Level 2, now working towards his UEFA B Licence whilst balancing his playing career.

Luke joined the team as a conditioning and movement specialist. Luke has vast experience as a PE teacher and Personal Trainer and with his background in non-league football and expertise in delivering relevant training sessions Luke is a valued member of the team.

Favourite Player: Mark Noble

Trey spent 8 years at QPR as a schoolboy and scholar and has since moved into Non-League playing for Welling Utd & Met Police FC.

Trey has 5 years of coaching experience and holds his FA Level 2. You’ll find Trey delivering on Monday evenings delivering on our Technical Programme in Bromley.
